What does the season of spring mean for our yoga practice? How can we nourish ourselves when the days get longer and longer, and how do we honor the transitions that this season brings?
Every week, the first part of our 75 minutes together is dedicated to a nourishing movement practice for spring. After flow, we land in the space of deep rest where we practice yoga nidrā together and tap into a different theme every week.
