What does the season of winter mean for our yoga practice? How can we nourish ourselves during the change of seasons and how can we celebrate through honoring the idea of 'wintering'?
Every week, the first part of our 75 minutes together is dedicated to a nourishing movement practice for winter. After flow, we land in the space of deep rest where we practice yoga nidrā together and tap into a different theme every week.
