A yoga class for those who are no longer in the immediate postpartum. Maybe you are 6 months postpartum or 2 years, this class is tailored to your new body, identity and life stage! Expect nervous system fascia movements with, creative vinyasa sequencing, fun music, and space to unwind. 

 

This class is baby-free so that you can focus on yourself!

About Kelsi Ludvigsen

Kelsi is a yoga teacher, postpartum doula, and mentor. 

 

With over 12 years of experience in teaching yoga, she used to be the co-founder and co-owner of Leela Yoga Studio, Kelsi now focuses on weaving postpartum care and awareness through her yoga classes. Kelsi first found yoga after she was bitten by a snake in Africa. She was told she would never run again and would have constant pain while using her left leg. Her physical therapist told her to start yoga. And the rest is history. Kelsi went on to teach trainings, retreats, and many weekly classes in the heart of Oslo. She then moved to Paris and Copenhagen where she pursued her passion for postpartum care and became a mother to two daughters. 

 

She is certified in vinyasa, yin, restorative, and yoga nidra and has over 800 hours of certified trainings that help guide her in creating her classes. Expect a fun playlist, creative sequencing, facial and mobility work that is weaved in between vinyasas. Kelsi loves to combine the joy of vinyasa with the slowness of yin and restorative yoga. As a mother and postpartum educator, Kelsi loves to weave into her classes how our bodies have changed through pregnancy and postpartum, and although life looks different now we can still find moments of time for ourselves through our body.
