Welcome to a mama baby yoga course centered around strengthening the body - with a special focus on the core and pelvic floor after birth - through joyful movement, supportive breathing and playful exercises with the babies.
We’ll start with gentle warmup movement and breathing practices to release tension and reconnect with our bodies, gradually building strength and stability with targeted postures. Each class will incorporate movement and breath designed to safely engage the deep core and pelvic floor muscles, promoting recovery and building the foundation for overall strength. With baby close by or on us, we'll weave playful interactions into the practice, fostering bonding and encouraging relaxation for both of you. Every course includes one baby wearing (bæresele) for those who'd like to carry their baby through all positions.
This course is open for all mamas from 6 weeks postpartum.
