Meet Miriam
Miriam Morgenstern has over 15 years of experience with movement, as a professional dancer educated in STOTT Pilates® & The Garuda Method. Her work is dedicated to guiding people back to the wisdom of their bodies, empowering individuals on their unique and personal journey to well-being. She is known for her unique style of teaching pilates and eastern methods promoting healing and deep rest like yoga nidra, sound healing, reiki and meditation. She works with individuals, groups and corporations as well as hosting international retreats.
Meet Claudia
Claudia specializes in therapeutic feminine yoga for transitions. She believes in living and working, and practicing yoga, according to the cycles of life, and yoga nidrā is where she always comes home to herself. She’s the co-creator of The Rested You nidra facilitator training, workshops and online work.
Claudia co-creates Studio Mā with Cathrine and Helene.
