Spring is a time of new energy and growth, and Springtime Flow + Deep Rest is designed to support this change. In this course at Studio Mā, we will move through a gentle but energizing flow to wake up the body after winter. The movements will be smooth and steady yet flowing, helping you feel lighter, more open, and connected to the fresh energy of the season.
After moving, we will slow down into deep rest. With guided relaxation or yoga nidra, you will have space to end the evening rested.
This course combines movement and rest, giving you a way to welcome spring with both energy and ease.

About Claudia
Claudia is a yoga teacher and coach, specialized in therapeutic yoga for big and small transitions in life, and the practice of deep rest. Yoga Nidra is her love language and she's the co-created of Scandinavia's most comprehensive yoga nidra teacher training. Her own experience with burnout inspired her to keep returning to rest and her studies led her to exploring different ways to support the nervous system.
