What does the transition into winter mean for our yoga practice? How can we nourish ourselves during the change of seasons and how can we celebrate through honoring the idea of wintering in the broadest sense of the word?
 

Every week, the first part of our 75 minutes together is dedicated to a gentle flow for winter, inquiry practices, and then followed by the space of deep rest where we practice yoga nidrā together and tap into a different theme every week.

Claudia is a yoga teacher and women's coach, specialised in therapeutic feminine yoga for fertility, pregnancy, and motherhood. She believes in living and working, and practicing yoga, according to the menstrual cycle, and she’s passionate about the practice of Yoga Nidra.
